Please notify us of your return by sending a mail (info@faithfulbyhand.nl) first. Mention the reason of your return and  your order number.  Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The products have to be returned in their original packages and condition. Any damages on the products will affect the value of the product. Faithful by Hand holds the right to determine the depreciation of the products when any damages are present.

After we've received the returned products, the remaining value will be refunded within 14 days.

Terms & Conditions Returns

We hope that you'll be satisfied with are products! However, should there be any reason that the products do not meet the expectations, you have the right to return them within 14 days after delivery. Notify us of your return in advance by contacting us: info@faithfulbyhand.nl. After that, you'll have 14 days to return the products. Damaged Products

When shipping your order we'll do our absolute best to make sure that your order is packaged well and to ensure the quality of the products. However, during shipment, products may get damaged. In that case, we are more than willing to look for a way to make it up to you and to look for an appropriate solution. Please note that the defect of the products need to be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g. photo). Please notify us by mail: info@faithfulbyhand.nl.
